Breathe Stretch Walk N Tone Class
Learn how to use simple stretches from around the world to relieve pain, tension, congestion and negative
emotions. The playful yet powerful stretches are a great way to start and end your day. Great for anyone
stressed out from long hours of work. If you are looking for balance in your life or better ways to feel this is the
perfect introduction to self care and proper breathing practice. The Breathe N Stretch Classes focuses on
cleansing the organs, toning the muscles and strengthening the bones. This is a unique class that will give you
positive results internally and externally.
Things to Bring: Towel or Mat.
Note: Wear Loose Comfortable Clothing. No Shoes worn during class.

Hatha Yoga and Meditation Class
Yoga is Your Opportunity to Grow Anew. Hatha means to breathe and stretch. Yoga means to yoke or unite.
Hence proper breathing and stretching unites the mind, body and spirit. Each Hatha Yoga class is done by
candlelight as a reminder that a flame of light dwells within each of us. Experience the meditative and gentle
stretches that leave you feeling centered and focused from head to toe. Yoga is a nurturing, loving, non
competitive peaceful journey that blesses your body n sole.
Things to Bring: Bring Yoga Mat, Candle (optional), Pillow (optional)
